Overview

Gina Demczuk is a Competition Law Officer with the Competition Bureau Canada in Ottawa. She has worked there since 2016, after four years as an associate with Stikeman Elliott in Ottawa. Her prior practice focused on intellectual property, telecommunications law, privacy law, and administrative and regulatory matters. She holds a JD from Queen's University, an MSc in biomedical technology from the University of Calgary, and a BSc (Honours) from McMaster University.
