Gib van Ert is King's Counsel at Olthuis Van Ert Counsel, practising public law and civil litigation in Ottawa and Vancouver. His work includes constitutional challenges, judicial reviews, national security matters, land, estate and commercial claims, and international law. He previously served as Executive Legal Officer to two Chief Justices of Canada.
