Overview

Genna Wood is an associate in Thorsteinssons LLP's Toronto office. She advises and represents clients in tax disputes, including audits and objections, appeals before the Tax Court of Canada, applications for judicial review to the Federal Court, voluntary disclosures and taxpayer relief. Before joining Thorsteinssons, she practised corporate and commercial litigation at Stikeman Elliott LLP and acted in matters before Ontario and British Columbia courts and private arbitral tribunals.
