Eryn Fanjoy is a partner in Thorsteinssons LLP's Toronto office. She advises on income tax matters including corporate reorganizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border structures and executive compensation. She also advises investment funds and their managers and advisors on structuring and related tax issues, and practises in personal taxation, estate planning, trust taxation, and dealings with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Ministry of Finance.
