Overview

Elisabeth Trotter is a tax lawyer based in London. She carries on a broad corporate tax practice, including corporate and international tax planning, and advising on M&A and financing transactions.
Prior to joining the London office in 2023, Elisabeth practised in Norton Rose Fulbright Canada’s national tax group and advised on the tax aspects of Canadian domestic and international M&A transactions, debt reorganizations and financial restructurings. Elisabeth regularly presents and writes on tax matters and was a Canadian national co-reporter for the 2023 International Fiscal Association conference report.
