Elana M. Hahn is a Partner in Fasken's Banking and Finance group in Toronto. She advises financial institutions, investment funds, multinational companies, government agencies, and service providers on domestic and cross-border lending, debt capital markets, securitization, structured finance, derivatives, asset-based lending, and related regulatory and transactional matters. Her work covers syndicated and bilateral lending, private placements, bond issuance programs, mortgage and other receivables financing, covered bonds, asset-backed commercial paper, repackaging programs, and other structured products. She holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from the University of Toronto, and is admitted in Ontario and England and Wales. She previously joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a Toronto partner in 2016.
