Overview

Edward J. Waitzer is Professor Emeritus at Osgoode Hall Law School and a Senior Fellow at the C.D. Howe Institute. He teaches and writes on business associations, corporate governance, investor protection and mergers and acquisitions. He was Chair of Stikeman Elliott LLP from 1999 to 2006 and is a senior partner whose practice has focused on complex business transactions, public policy and governance matters.
