Overview

Derek Frenette is a Partner and leader of Alexander Holburn's Business Disputes group. His broad litigation practice covers commercial, employment and intellectual property matters, and he advises employers on contracts, policies and other employment-law issues. He also prosecutes trademark applications and handles estate and succession disputes. He has represented clients before British Columbia and federal courts and numerous administrative tribunals.
