David Byers is senior counsel in Stikeman Elliott's Toronto office and a former co-chair of the national Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including product liability, securities, insolvency and insurance matters, as well as domestic and international arbitration. His advocacy practice includes trial and appellate work and court-supervised restructurings for lenders, debtors and companies across a range of industries.
