David M. Reive is a Partner at Sprigings Intellectual Property Law in Toronto. He has more than 30 years of intellectual property litigation experience, including patent infringement, trademark and copyright disputes involving technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and other products. Before joining Sprigings, he was a partner and intellectual property group leader at a national firm from 2015 to 2022, confirming his former Miller Thomson connection. He holds degrees in chemical engineering and an LLB.
