Overview

Daniel Howard is a managing director and co-head of Aon's Canadian M&A and Transaction Solutions practice. He focuses on Canadian representations and warranties insurance and other transactional risk solutions. Before joining Aon in 2019, he was a senior associate at Stikeman Elliott in Toronto, where he practised M&A, private equity, securities and corporate finance.
