Overview

Daniel Hamson is a partner in Sotos LLP's litigation department in Toronto. He manages a broad civil litigation practice focused on franchising, licensing and distribution disputes, and also represents clients in corporate, commercial and construction disputes and fast-moving injunction matters. He has appeared before every level of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and before national and international arbitration tribunals.
