Overview
Daniel Glavin is a senior associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. His practice is focused primarily on complex corporate and transactional matters, in particular relating to private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and minority investments, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Daniel has significant experience advising private equity funds, sponsor-backed portfolio companies and other financial sponsors, as well as public and private companies, in connection with both cross-border and domestic M&A transactions. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and professional services.
Daniel is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the State Bar of California.
Daniel previously completed a secondment at Brookfield Captial Partners, the private equity arm of Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to re-joining Stikeman Elliott, Daniel was a senior associate in the M&A and private equity group in the Los Angeles office of a leading international law firm.
