Overview

Claire R. Durocher is Avocate-conseil with BLG in Montréal and practices in environmental, energy, natural-resources and project-development law. She advises promoters, purchasers, lenders and investors on commercial and environmental issues, regulatory compliance, authorizations and strategic matters involving mining, industrial, wildlife and Indigenous territories. She also assists with real-estate, commercial and financing transactions. Before BLG, she was an in-house lawyer for an electricity utility.
