Catherine (Cathie) Brayley is Counsel in Gowling WLG's Tax Group in Vancouver. She advises on Canada Revenue Agency audits and appeals, mergers and acquisitions, international and domestic investment structures, transactional insurance, and personal tax and estate planning. She previously led Gowling WLG's Tax Group and has served on the Board of Governors of the Canadian Tax Foundation, where she is identified as past chair.
