Overview

Caroline Kim is a Justice of the Ontario Court of Justice, assigned to Halton. She was appointed to the bench effective September 29, 2022. Before her appointment, she practised family law, including as a partner at Miller Thomson LLP in Waterloo, and worked as a staff lawyer at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic. She has also served as a dispute resolution officer in the Unified Family Court and on the Personal Rights Legal Panel for the Office of the Children's Lawyer.
