Cara Shamess is Counsel at Wilson Vukelich LLP and focuses on construction law. She advises owners, developers, lenders, contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, architects and engineers on procurement and contract documents, liens, bond claims, breach of contract and trust, negligence, delay, negotiations and mediations. She joined Wilson Vukelich in 2020 after practising at other firms and serving as Construction Legal Counsel at the University of Toronto.
