She has extensive experience advising financial institutions and corporate clients in connection with complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, asset-based lending, project finance, acquisition financings and complex financial restructurings, including the ground-breaking $32 billion restructuring of third-party asset-backed commercial paper in Canada. Nicole’s practice also includes securitizations and structured finance transactions, where she advises sellers of receivables on the structuring and execution of tailored arrangements, including transactions involving complex asset pools, tax considerations and negotiated risk-allocation frameworks. Nicole is a member of the firm’s special situations team, applying her expertise to urgent and critical financings and corporate reorganizations.
