Brittany LaTorre practises corporate litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on the energy / infrastructure, financial and technology sectors. Since joining us in 2016, Brittany has acted on a range of complex commercial disputes, including contractual and shareholder disputes, fraud claims, director and officer liability matters and class actions. She has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and the Supreme Court of British Columbia and represented clients in domestic and international arbitrations and expert determination proceedings. In 2025, Brittany moved to the Vancouver office and now serves clients in both BC and Alberta.
Brittany has served as an editor of the Alberta Law Review and volunteered with Pro Bono Canada and the Legal Education Society of Alberta, where she provided guidance to articling students in the "Interviewing and Advising" component of Alberta's bar admission course.
