Brian W.L. Tod, Q.C., is Counsel to Miller Thomson's Edmonton office. He practised with Miller Thomson and its predecessor from 1971 and retired from the partnership effective June 30, 2011. His business-law work has included corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, contract negotiation and commercial real estate.
