Overview

Brian Fast is Vice Chair of Cozen O'Connor's Canadian Capital Markets and Securities group in Vancouver. He practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on securities and corporate finance, advising on initial and secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, restructurings, qualifying transactions, corporate governance, compliance and reporting. He also advises private companies on growth capital and general commercial transactions. He holds a J.D. from the University of Manitoba and was previously a corporate and securities partner at a national Canadian law firm; Cozen O'Connor records his move from Miller Thomson in 2022.
