Overview

Brad Cornborough is a Director of Gold X2 Mining Inc. and the current General Counsel of Seaspan Marine. He has experience with capital projects, regulatory matters, and First Nations engagement across mining, forestry, transportation, and marine sectors. He was previously in-house counsel at Coeur Mining, supporting mine development, capital improvement projects, and major mining and environmental authorizations. His earlier private-practice career included Norton Rose Fulbright Canada; that Norton affiliation is historical, not current. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia.
