Overview

Ben is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development Groups. He acts for, and advises, clients on all aspects of real estate development, including purchases, land assemblies, financing, development agreements, subdivisions, marketing and sales.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben practiced in the area of real estate development with a mid-sized firm in his hometown Ottawa, and a boutique real estate firm in Vancouver. In addition to his law degree, Ben holds a post-graduate diploma in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and has an interest in municipal planning.

When not in the office, Ben enjoys spending time on the Sunshine Coast, and is busy keeping up with his three kids.
