Overview

Aubrie Girou is a Partner, leader of Alexander Holburn's Estate Litigation Group and a member of the Wills, Estates + Trusts Practice Group. She practises exclusively in wills, estates, trusts and incapacity, maintaining both solicitor and litigation practices. She assists with wills variation, unjust enrichment, trusts, fiduciary-duty disputes, committeeship applications and accountings, and develops wealth-preservation plans intended to reduce post-mortem conflict.
