Overview

Anna Balinsky is Partner, National Service Line Leader, Business Law and Managing Partner of KPMG Law LLP in Toronto. She advises companies on corporate and commercial matters, day-to-day operations, mergers and acquisitions and business structuring, including real estate joint ventures, limited partnerships and private equity structures. She also advises regulated professionals on compliance and transactions and helps international clients enter Canada. Her education includes an LL.B. and M.B.A. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. (Hons.) from Oxford University.
