Overview

Anik Pierre-Louis is Director, Legal - Disputes and Claims at EBC Inc. in Montréal. She advises the construction company on civil and mining matters and dispute resolution, with a practice focused on civil and construction law. She joined EBC in June 2020 as legal counsel for the Building Division and moved to the Civil and Mines Division in spring 2021. Before EBC, she spent eight years at Miller Thomson LLP as a student, lawyer and associate. She holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2013. She also serves as an administrator of Les Elles de la construction. Her career combines private-practice construction work with in-house responsibility for contractor disputes, claims and civil and mining matters.
