Overview
Andrew is a member of our Business Law Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions for private companies and mid-market private equity firms. He advises clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, acting for domestic and international businesses both as lead counsel and as local Canadian counsel in pan-Canadian and cross-border deals. Complementing his transactional practice, Andrew also advises on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (including vendor and supplier T&C’s and licensing agreements), counselling clients on corporate governance issues, and advising on shareholders’ agreements and shareholder disputes.His breadth and depth of expertise enables Andrew to provide practical, strategic advice tailored to his clients’ business objectives
