Andrew Lahey is a partner in Blakes' Toronto office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance and corporate and commercial law. He advises Canadian, U.S. and U.K. private equity firms, financial sponsors and other clients on cross-border and domestic M&A, financing and other strategic transactions, with sector experience including technology, transportation, aviation, industrials, media and entertainment, manufacturing, defence, renewables and energy storage, retail, food services, waste management, leasing and lending, and real estate development and asset management.
