Overview

Andrea Alliston is a partner and leader of Fasken's Knowledge and Practice Innovation programs and initiatives in Toronto. She works with firm leadership on knowledge and practice innovation strategy and oversees related people resources, operational processes and technology. She also leads client mandates that combine legal knowledge, technology, process improvement and project implementation. Earlier in her career, she practised corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and broader corporate and commercial matters.
