Overview

Amina Boudiffa is a lawyer in Spiegel Ryan's tax litigation group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on tax law, including tax litigation and consumption taxes, and she represents clients in tax disputes with Revenu Québec and the Canada Revenue Agency and before Quebec and Canadian courts. She holds an LL.B. from the Université du Québec à Montréal and completed the required classes for the Master of Laws in Taxation option at HEC Montréal.
