Alan B. Merskey is a Partner in Cassels' Litigation and Restructuring and Insolvency Groups in Toronto. He represents court officers, debtors and creditors in contested restructurings and complex commercial litigation, with additional experience in technology, construction, corporate and commercial, appellate, and aerospace and defence matters. He has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts, the Supreme Court of Canada, tribunals and arbitration panels. Before joining Cassels in 2021, he was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in Toronto and chaired its Toronto Litigation Group.
