Aimee Halfyard is the Canadian Co-Chair of Global Tech and a partner in Gowling WLG's Business Law Group in Vancouver. She advises local, national and foreign corporations, private equity funds, scale-ups and start-ups on complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, spin-offs and other commercial matters.
