Overview

Valerie has been a Litigation lawyer since 1991 with a focus on tort law, particularly as a personal injury lawyer and insurance defence specialist. She has acted for both plaintiff and defendants and has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia and Ontario and in the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.
