Overview

Eric is a senior civil and commercial litigation lawyer who assists his clients in a broad range of litigation matters such as business, property and contract disputes. He also provides helps his clients with debt collection issues (foreclosure, priority disputes and insolvency), as well as personal injury claims. He has successfully appeared in all levels of Court in British Columbia and regularly appears in Supreme Court chambers on collection matters. Over his career, Eric has worked with businesses and individuals with complex commercial matters, including real estate issues, shareholder disputes and contractual breaches. On personal injury matters, Eric has significant experience acting both for injured parties, defendants and insurers. He represents clients on occupier liability claims, slip and falls and motor vehicle accident claims. As a motorcycle rider, he has a particular interest in promoting road safety and assisting injured parties to obtain fair and reasonable compensation. When he’s away from the office, Eric tries to spend as much time as possible with his wife, Patricia, his children, Ayden and Katrina, as well as his Irish Wolfhound cross, Maeve. He also tries to make time to ride his motorcycle, travel, lift weights, and spend time outdoors in the beautiful Okanagan. *Providing services through a law corporation.
