Overview

Natalie joined Emery Jamieson in 2004. She practices in the areas of administrative law, employment law, and arbitration/mediation.

Natalie provides legal services in both French and English. She frequently advises clients in connection with interjurisdictional legal matters and is the primary contact for Emery Jamieson’s membership in Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW). Natalie also serves on the LAW global Executive Committee as a representative for the Americas region.

Natalie advises and represents numerous administrative, government and corporate entities on matters involving statutory/regulatory processes and administrative appeals, with a focus on professional regulation and workplace laws.

In the area of employment law, Natalie advises employers on workplace issues, assisting with employment agreements/policies and providing representation in dispute resolution.

Natalie is an arbitrator and mediator with experience in a variety of labour/employment and human rights matters. She has also taught mediation courses.
