Michael Doerksen is an experienced research lawyer who helps clients requiring complex legal analysis. He has prepared written submissions in cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, Alberta Court of Appeal, the British Columbia Supreme Court and various administrative tribunals in Alberta.
