Overview
Kyle is a Partner and Litigation Practice Group Leader in the Edmonton office, where he also serves as Chair of the firm’s Student Hiring Committee.
Kyle advises multinational and regional clients on complex litigation matters, including class actions, property loss, personal injury, motor vehicle, product liability, commercial host liability, defamation and construction claims.
Kyle appreciates that there can be multiple paths to the resolution of a file. He is able to combine courtroom experience with a seasoned understanding of alternative dispute resolution to provide his clients with the most efficient and effective solutions to their matters
In addition to handling matters in Alberta, Kyle is a member of the bar in the Yukon.
Outside of the office, Kyle is actively involved in his community, serving as a minor hockey coach for his sons, volunteering with the Edmonton Alpine Ski Racing Club, competing in squash, and enjoying golf.
