Overview

Kellen is a partner with Bryan & Company, where his practice focuses on business law servicing clients ranging from small businesses and start-ups to well-established private equity firms, national service providers, and public companies. He provides practical and timely advice to his clients, incorporating his clients’ perspectives and objectives in the legal landscape. Kellen applies client-focused risk-and-reward analyses to assist in anticipating and proactively building solutions to problems they develop.

Kellen has significant experience on m&a transactions, including cross-border acquisitions and dispositions. He routinely deals with representations and warranties insurance and is adept at navigating the underwriting process. He often assists his clients in the reorganization of established businesses, including through management buy-outs and other succession planning vehicles.

Kellen also assists his clients with day-to-day corporate matters such as real property leases, debt and equity financings, and governance matters. He currently serves as the Firm’s Corporate Commercial Practice Chair.
