Overview

Kate’s practice focuses primarily on administrative law. Kate acts as independent legal counsel to a large number of administrative decision makers, and represents administrative decision makers in court proceedings relating to their decisions. Kate also provides legal services to agribusinesses, including producers and agricultural lenders. Kate is an arbitrator, a mediator, and an administrative appeal adjudicator.
