Heidi’s incisive and pragmatic approach to the practice of law is an asset to her clients.
Heidi carries on a general civil litigation practice with a particular interest in condominium law, administrative law, estate litigation, and commercial litigation. Her clients include condominium corporations, property owners, business owners, and professional regulatory organizations.
She has appeared before various boards and tribunals and has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta as well as the Supreme Court of Canada (leave to appeal).
