With over 50 years of experience, Hav is the Firm’s most senior litigator. He has been counsel in some of the larger, more complex litigation that have come before the Courts, and is well regarded for his thorough and effective advocacy. He also has considerable mediation and arbitration experience, including as a Mediator and Arbiter.

Hav’s practice areas are civil litigation and insurance, including corporate and commercial litigation, products liability claims, directors and officers liability, construction disputes and serious personal injury/wrongful death claims.
