Overview

As a long-time Edmonton member of the firm’s Litigation group, Greg Harding, KC has a wide-ranging, respected practice in Alberta.

Greg has worked extensively with Crown Corporations and Agencies, as well as government and institutional clients, throughout his career, examples include Alberta Justice, numerous post-secondary institutions, the Public Trustee, Alberta Teachers Retirement Fund, and Alberta Pensions Services Corporation. His work experience includes a one-year secondment to the Constitutional and Energy Law Section (as previously known) at Alberta Justice.

These areas have Greg representing clients before a variety of boards and tribunals as well as in the courts. He also promotes and regularly participates in mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution procedures.

Greg’s professional experience includes his time as a Past-President of the Canadian Bar Association – Alberta Branch; and as a Past-President of each of the Canadian Bar Insurance Association and Canadian Bar Financial Services (now known as Lawyers Financial).
