Eric Vaillant is a solicitor with a diverse practice that encompasses commercial financing, corporate and business structures, business acquisitions and commercial real estate. He has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of corporate matters, from small local businesses to large national and international corporations operating in Canada across various industries. Eric also provides legal services to not-for-profit organizations.

A dedicated member of the legal community, Eric previously served as the chair of the Canadian Bar Association Business Law Section.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys indulging in Edmonton's newest restaurants and traveling to explore new places. He is also foolishly attempting to learn hockey as an adult.
