Overview

Ziad Yehia is a founding partner of Cooligan Yehia LLP. Before co-founding the firm, he spent more than 10 years at Canada's largest law firm in Ottawa and Toronto as a student, associate and partner. His practice focuses on trusts, estates, capacity and family-law disputes, as well as commercial litigation. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal for Ontario and Supreme Court of Canada, and also resolves disputes through negotiation and mediation.
