Overview

Yvan Houle is a construction and infrastructure lawyer practising through Services Legaux Yvan Houle inc. in Brossard and a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa. He previously served as a partner and regional leader of Borden Ladner Gervais' Construction Group. He advises on procurement models, tender documents and construction contracts, with extensive experience in Quebec construction and public-procurement regulation. His practice has also covered infrastructure, surety, professional and product liability, Indigenous procurement projects in Nunavut and Nunavik, mediation and arbitration, and proceedings before Quebec, Ontario and federal courts.
