Yvan G. Morin is a current partner in Borden Ladner Gervais' Ottawa office with a broad corporate and commercial practice. He advises on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, related financing and complex commercial agreements, as well as reorganizations and restructurings of corporations, partnerships and other entities. His industry experience includes seniors housing and long-term care, including the structuring, acquisition, sale and financing of seniors' residential housing, and transactions involving pharmacies. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985, holds an LLB from the University of Ottawa and practices in both official languages.
