Overview

William C. (Bill) Guinan is currently Board Chair and an independent director of Kelt Exploration Ltd. and a director of Tuktu Resources Ltd. He retired from Borden Ladner Gervais, where he practiced primarily in securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, continuous disclosure and stock exchange requirements for public oil and gas, industrial and private equity issuers. He also advised on banking and lender transactions and has more than 28 years of public-company director experience. He holds a BBA from Acadia University and both an LLB and an MBA from Dalhousie University.
