Victoria Prince retired from Borden Ladner Gervais at the end of 2025 after a legal career of almost 40 years, including approximately 30 years at BLG. She was a partner and national leader of the firm's Charities and Not-For-Profit practice, advising charities, associations, foundations, educational institutions and commercial organizations on governance, structuring, regulatory compliance, strategic initiatives, contracts, transactions and board matters. Her work combined a broad corporate-commercial practice with extensive board and community leadership. She was repeatedly ranked among Canada's leading charities and nonprofit lawyers and was recognized in the 2026 Chambers Canada guide before her retirement.
