As Chief of Staff to the National Managing Partner, Valérie works with firm management to develop and drive strategic initiatives, strengthen internal operations, and ensure alignment across the firm. Valerie works alongside our National Managing Partner to manage key business priorities and support the execution of firm-wide strategies.
Valérie started her career at BLG as a lawyer in our Labour and Employment group, before dedicating herself to student recruitment for the Montréal office, and then more broadly to professional resources.
