BDP acted as counsel to Alaris Equity Partners in connection with its $115.5 investment into Optimus SBR Inc. and Optimus SBR Limited Partnership which closed on November 6, 2025 . Alaris’ investment consists of $85.0 million of preferred equity and $30.5 million of common equity. Bought deal public offering of $92 million aggregate principal amount of 6.5% convertible unsecured senior debentures of Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust.
